1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EBFIMBA Store ("the Store"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all purchases of virtual currency (coins), donator tiers, buff packages, and any other digital goods or services offered through this Store for the Epic Boss Fight Imba (EBFIMBA) Dota 2 custom game.

2. Description of Service

EBFIMBA Store provides digital goods and services for the Epic Boss Fight Imba custom game in Dota 2, including but not limited to:

• Virtual in-game currency (coins)
• Donator tier subscriptions with exclusive benefits
• Time-based in-game buff packages
• Other digital content related to EBFIMBA

All products are digital and delivered in-game through Steam Workshop ID: 3099505556.

3. Account Requirements

To make purchases, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Have a valid Steam account linked to your purchase
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through:

• Midtrans payment gateway (for Indonesian customers)
• USDT cryptocurrency (for international customers)

Payment must be received in full before digital goods or services are delivered. Exchange rates for cryptocurrency payments are based on market rates at the time of transaction and are final.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

Upon successful payment confirmation:

• Coin packs are delivered to your in-game account within 1-24 hours
• Donator tier benefits are activated within 1-24 hours
• Buff packages are activated within 1-24 hours

Delivery times are instant. You will receive confirmation via your dashboard.

6. Use of Digital Goods

All digital goods purchased through the Store are:

• For personal use only within the EBFIMBA custom game
• Non-transferable to other accounts or persons
• Non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• Subject to the terms of the Epic Boss Fight Imba custom game

We reserve the right to revoke access to digital goods if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Store and EBFIMBA custom game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the EBFIMBA team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Epic Boss Fight Imba is a custom game for Dota 2. Dota 2 is a registered trademark of Valve Corporation. This Store is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Store for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the Store or game systems
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools for purchases or gameplay
• Engage in fraudulent payment activities or chargebacks
• Resell or redistribute digital goods purchased from the Store
• Impersonate other users or provide false information

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Store and forfeiture of all purchased goods without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EBFIMBA Store and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use or inability to use the service
• Game interruptions, server downtime, or technical issues beyond our control
• Changes or discontinuation of the EBFIMBA custom game

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific digital goods or services in question.

10. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Store or any part of it at any time
• Change prices, products, or services without prior notice
• Update these Terms & Conditions at our discretion
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Store should first be addressed by contacting our support team at epicbossfightimba@gmail.com.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, both parties agree to seek resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws for digital commerce. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
