1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all sales at the EBFIMBA Store are generally final and non-refundable once the order has been processed and delivered to your account.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that digital products such as in-game coins, donator tier memberships, and buff packages cannot be returned or exchanged in the traditional sense once they have been applied to your account.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

We understand that issues may occasionally arise. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:

a) Technical Delivery Failure

If you paid for a product but it was not delivered to your account within the stated timeframe (typically 1-24 hours for coins, tiers, and buff packages) due to a technical error on our part.

Required: Proof of payment and order confirmation number.

b) Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge(s) will be refunded.

Required: Payment receipts showing duplicate transactions.

c) Unauthorized Transactions

If a purchase was made without your authorization (e.g., account compromise), please contact us immediately with evidence of the unauthorized access.

Required: Proof of unauthorized access and cooperation with investigation.

d) Incorrect Product Delivered

If you received a different product than what you ordered (e.g., wrong tier, wrong coin amount), we will either deliver the correct product or issue a refund.

Required: Screenshot evidence and order details.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchase
  • Accidental purchase if the product was correctly delivered
  • Account suspension or ban due to violation of game rules or terms
  • Technical issues with Dota 2, Steam, or the EBFIMBA custom game that are beyond our control
  • Dissatisfaction with game balance, updates, or gameplay changes
  • Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
  • Products already consumed or used in-game
  • Buff packages that have already been activated in-game

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances, please follow these steps:

Submit your refund request within 48 hours of the purchase via email at epicbossfightimba@gmail.com or through our Discord support channel.

Provide Required Information

Include your order number, Steam ID, email address, transaction proof, and a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund.

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with a decision.

Receive Decision

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Times

If your refund request is approved:

  • Midtrans payments: 7-14 business days to your original payment method (bank account, e-wallet, etc.)
  • USDT payments: 3-7 business days to your cryptocurrency wallet

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. EBFIMBA Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Chargebacks

Important: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account and all associated benefits
  • Permanent ban from making future purchases
  • Revocation of all digital goods associated with your account

Please work with our support team first to resolve any payment disputes. We are committed to finding fair solutions for legitimate issues.

7. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds or store credit as an alternative to full refunds. This is at our sole discretion and depends on the specific circumstances of each case.

8. Service Discontinuation

In the unlikely event that the EBFIMBA custom game or Store is discontinued:

  • Active donator tier subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds
  • Unused coin balances may be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis
  • Activated buff packages and consumed coins are non-refundable

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any service discontinuation.
